Ethan Hilton
Built from inside the problem.
The son of two MIT PhDs, Ethan became a national debate champion and planned to pursue law. At 16, he built a seven-figure legal-leads business. He left Carnegie Mellon during his first semester to solve intake, building voice agents, raising millions, and growing a 50-person intake team serving firms nationwide. His team helped firms sign cases representing more than $150 million in attorney fees.
Running that team shaped his conviction: intake is sales. Its purpose is to grow revenue and give prospective clients an exceptional experience. He used technology to help his people excel, then dedicated Caseflood to bringing those tools to ambitious law firms.
Caseflood’s proprietary technology draws on that operating experience, work with major plaintiff firms, and a team spanning former Morgan & Morgan intake managers and deep-learning researchers.
