Updated September 17, 2026. This notice describes analytics and visitor identification on Caseflood's public marketing website.
We use PostHog to understand page visits, traffic sources, interactions, and browsing sessions. Session recordings may include text you enter into forms, including your name, email address, firm, and message, even if you do not submit the form. Password fields are masked. If you submit the intake audit form, we associate the name, email, and firm you provide with your browsing activity. Opening an email draft does not confirm that an email was sent.
We use RB2B, which uses cookies and similar technologies to associate your website activity with business contact information held by its data partners, including your email address. We use these matches to understand interest in Caseflood and may contact relevant prospects about our services. A match is an inference and may be inaccurate.
You can opt out of identification or change your choice through “Visitor privacy settings” on our marketing pages. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals by not loading these analytics and identification scripts. You can also opt out through RB2B's data partner or use RB2B's GDPR opt-out. Changing your choice stops future identification on this browser; it does not automatically erase previously collected data.
