These terms govern your use of the Caseflood website and the intake, calling, and text-messaging services Caseflood, Inc. ("Caseflood", "we", "us") operates on behalf of participating law firms. By using our website or communicating with a law firm through our platform, you agree to these terms.
Our service
Caseflood provides AI-powered client-intake software for law firms. When you contact a participating law firm, our platform may answer or place calls, exchange text messages, collect intake information, schedule appointments, and deliver documents such as engagement agreements on that firm's behalf. Caseflood is a technology provider — we are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice; any attorney-client relationship is between you and the law firm handling your matter.
SMS / text-messaging program terms
Participating law firms use Caseflood to send text messages related to your inquiry or legal matter — for example case updates, follow-up questions, appointment scheduling, and links to review and sign documents.
- Consent. You consent to receive these messages by calling a participating law firm and agreeing to receive texts, by providing your phone number in a form that discloses text messaging, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency varies depending on the activity in your matter.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.
- Help: reply HELP to any message or email support@caseflood.ai.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your phone number and opt-in consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy — they are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the services — including attempting to disrupt them, accessing them by automated means without permission, or using them to send unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
Intellectual property
The website and services, including all content, software, and trademarks, are owned by Caseflood or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caseflood will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.
